I like the feel of the studio, and I very much enjoyed the couple of classes I took at CorePower UTC. The class with Kylie was wonderful. Actually what I like most about CorePower, in general, is that the studios are all over San Diego. I work out of different locations during the week, and it's nice to be able to find a studio near me. Also it's nice that the schedules are slightly different, so I can go to whichever studio teaches the class I would like to take just then.

The instructors are really helpful in making sure my experience is a good one especially when it was my first time taking the classes. They are also really nice and are more than happy to have a conversation with anyone in the class which creates a positive environment

I had Dat as my teacher. He is the best and changed my outlook on my day. He perfectly blends the mental and physical aspects of yoga. I had a great class!

I love the sculpt class, no one offers this same class at other hot yoga places. I try to do sculpt three times a week and have found a substantial increase in my endurance performance and regulating my heart rate during intense workouts. I'm also a lifter and love the bonus flexibility and tight muscle release I get from the class :)

Yoga sculpt
I love when instructors (such as Sonny) play instrumental music. Yoga is a practice of concentration and I find it really frustrating when instructors' playlists' are majority lyrical, this can be extremely distracting when doing inversions, balance poses, etc.

I feel like your studio is the most welcoming I've been to and the only studio that always asks my name when I come, unlike the one in PB. I love coming to UTC for my yoga!
