The instructor, Charlie is great! He creates the most effective and balanced flow of poses and movement. His positive and confident energy is infectious. I leave the class drenched with sweat and blissfully peaceful.

i love corepower! but not the condescending remarks by the instructor at utc/lj, tuesday night hpf. was very discouraging. :(

It’s very calming and stress-relieving while also being a great workout

My only concern is class began 5 min late. Being a yoga instructor myself one of the most important things is starting and ending on time.

Kelly Ti’s yoga Sculpt class was so great! She was so real, welcoming and kind. Her class was both fun and challenging. I hadn’t been to a class in about a year and having her as an instructor in my “come back class!” the first days of 2020 was so great. Thank you and can’t wait to go back when I’m back in town!!
I feel like you are hiring better teachers. In the past, I felt they were too 'new'. I like that there are many places and they often (not often enough), are off by 15 minutes so that you can go to a number of places that are near you.
