It was so much fun trying out new studio in La Jolla. The studio was so much larger than Little Italy.

Rays class was amazing yesterday. It was my husbands first yoga class. She was incredible. She sensed that my husband was unsure of how to do some of the poses so she non chalantly assisted him in class. He liked the class and I was so happy he did! I’ve been a CP member for years and love many of the instructors. Ray is one of the most kind and patient instructors I’ve met at CP! 👌🏻😉 Thank you Ray! 🙏🏻

I think you intentionally heat the rooms (even if you say they aren’t heated, they feel warm) so that participants work up a sweat. It works on me! I feel like I get a good stretch and sweat each time (3 times so far). I love the experience. Though I am on the holiday promo right now, I will likely be back after the promo period expires.

Finding CorePower Yoga was such a great addition to my wellness routine! I absolutely love the studio space and the fact that there are so many classes and instructors to choose from. Thus far, my favorite class is C2 with Ashley and Saenal. They both bring very different styles, music, and intentions to their classes and I always leave feeling 10x better than when I came in. I plan to continue my classes for a long time to come. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space for fitness and healing.

Great classes, great studio. Good location with lots of free parking. Alyssa is a terrific instructor who challenges and motivates you.

Loved the C1 class. Room was still hot from the last class but the instructor was thoughtful, opened the door when it got too stuffy and closed it when it got a bit noisy outside.

It’s physically challenging while at the same time mentally soothing. I feel great after class.

AND yes, I'll continue to practice at UTC Core Power Yoga for a long time because it provides a wonderful space for mind and body connection and destress ~ I'd recommend this place to anyone who is interested in staying fit and healthy.

This is a well-maintained studio. Irene’s sculpt class was nicely different than most with a variety of exercises I don’t often see in sculpt. It was a good change of pace.

Shelby was a fantastic instructor. I returned to Core 1 after years of no classes and I had a great experience, didn't feel intimidated.

My first sculpt class with Irene. what a treat! I loved how she guided us through so many different movements that it was never tiring. her core segment was so challenging but fun. And the lighted starry sky lights at the end was such a pleasant surprise. She’s amazing!

Men’s locker room spotless and well equipped with chowder and toiletry product. Overall a wonderful place! Thanks!
