The classes are wonderful but the real magic is your staff. I recently had surgery and am starting my practice over again. The instructors have helped me with modifications so that I don't injure myself. I would especially like to acknowledge Laurel for her genuine interest and warmth. You're so lucky to have her there.

The rooms are kept very clean, the instructors are welcoming and able to help students individually.

Good teachers. Much of the courses' poses take into account modern knowledge about physiology. I'm less likely to go home tweaked or hurt. At the same time, I'd like to see teachers stop encouraging poses that can put the neck in jeopardy. The book, The Science of Yoga, looks at injuries that can be caused by pressure on the neck.

I like that the instructors are not cookie-cutter. They each have their own unique style and so the classes offered at CorePower Yoga - North Park are diverse and dynamic.

My husband and I really love to go to the North Park studio. Great vibes and lovely teachers - good times on and off the mat! These special hours convey relaxation, awareness, integrity and inner peace, not only during the class but long-lasting after the return home. For us it is the perfect reconciliation to our hectic every day life, where we can restore power and energy.

Especially Laurel's classes are very diversified and interesting. Got to love her positive aura.

I take C2 at 6am on weekdays. I love the quality of teachers at North Park. Saree's flow is very creative and she is the best teacher reminding us of our goddess-ness. She always put 100% into the class. Monica B. is the teacher who is not afraid to show her being vulnerable, which helps us to connect with her closely. I have achieved more poses in her class than any other classes I have taken by her very organized flow plan. Chantelle's ever grounding flow is much appreciated especially when I go to the stressful workspace right after. Her flow is the cleanest and I feel totally safe being in her class. Keli is such a passionate teacher. She teaches more than Yoga by just being herself. Her powerful flow is something I am looking forward every week. Amy P. is the most loving, caring and experienced teacher, who I admire very much. When she pushes us to the next level, which she always does, our limited perception of ourselves falls off and we always realize we landed on the next level in her class.
I also love the facility. The studio is very clean and feels sacred, too.
