I love the choices in classes. Any time of day, between North Park, Hillcrest, and Point Loma studios, you can find the class you are looking to take. Beth, Susi, Laurel and so many other instructors make the NP studio so welcoming, and a place you want to return to week after week.

I really love the huge selection of class times. It makes getting to yoga so easy. I love Christina c, Andre, and kristies classes so much. they all play great music and have so much energy. I truly wouldnt have gotten through moving out to San Diego with out core power. It's an hour a day I can dedicate to myself and i love the company. I also love the showers. It's great to be able

Friendly staff, effective classes

The workouts are challenging physically, but there's also a mental component that makes corepower workouts stimulating and fulfilling. There's a wide variety of instructors and classes, and there's always a bustling community at this particular studio.

Very clean facilities, multiple studios

The Instructors and front desk were very friendly, rooms and locker rooms were clean. Really enjoyed the temperature and pace of the class as a beginner.

Audrey was really awesome and friendly. It felt really good that the first time she saw my name was at check in and towards the end of the class she still remembered it. To me that shows how much she loves what she does. And I had a really good time at in the class. I felt comfortable pushing myself to improve. I loved it!

I love the laid-back yet focused, quality yoga classes. I very much appreciate that the instructors at CPY North Park (especially Moises and Forrest) take the opportunity to incorporate fun, unique poses into their flows so that I always feel challenged yet supported to take risks in my practice.
