could have been a bit hotter. Adriana is great instructor though, perhaps though an area for development, less doing the actual flow, more cueing, this will help with cueing and increase comfort in class when teaching.

This was my first HY class and the instructor did a great job making the class feel comfortable and ensuring there were safe options to conduct poses or opt out of some positions if needed. She was very motivational and the entire Staff was very friendly when checking in and departing. I really like the North Park studio!

CPY is my meditation, my happy place, my regenerative boost to my day. I love my local studio and have recently started taking a class at the Pacific Beach studio also. I prefer North Park as I can walk to/from class and the instructors are wonderful! specifically Suz, Dale, Sonja, Sari, Caitlin, Luciana, Cassandra, and more! I love that there's always a class when I decide to go and rarely are they over crowded. The instructors are always helpful to give me suggestions when I struggle with a certain pose or need an adjustment to my form. Just can't say enough good things about the studio and the wonderful instructors. Glenna Egan

C2 with William was amazing! It was a great sequence. Very creative. Challenging but familiar poses. Clear instructions. I was so so beyond happy after the class :)

First time at the studio - it was welcoming and a great C2 class! Teacher crafted a challenging flow and had a very calming encouraging voice, loved it!

Adding a parking facilities option has been a game-changer for North Park! Thank you. Excellent instructors and facilities. The only suggestion would be for more classes around d lunchtime.

I tried CorePower Yoga for the first time recently & I absolutely loved it! I was so nervous but Amy the instructor was kind, friendly and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be taking more classes there in the near future!

The teachers are amazing. I wish there were more non heated options. I had a great experience. Would recommend for sure. Wish there were more classes available at 9 or 10 am
