The whole experience from the different workouts; flexible timing, the cheerful, friendly teachers to the whole community ; is something I don’t like but love love love
The hot yoga gets pretty hot but the movements are great and instructor reads the room very well and gives space to the yogis to ensure you balance to your center.
I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and informative, it was my first time back in 3 years and I took a Hot Core Restore class which was challenging but rewarding all in one. Can’t wait for my next class ❤️
