I have recommended to a few people who have signed up! The teacher mix is very good and the class schedule gives us a lot of flexibility - my whole family (wife and two kids) are members and we do family yoga in the south east most weekends!

I haven’t sweat like that in a long time! I felt great afterward and felt like I had a really good workout. The studio was a really nice space and Sabrina was an excellent instructor!!
I love the core2 and sculpt classes! Jessica is by far my favorite teacher. Class prices are the only downside.

I like the HPF sequence. I've tried the C1,C2 classes but they are too much for my shoulders.
I get a lot of benefit from the Yin Classes too. If there were meditation classes, I would be interested.

Location for me. There are a few sculpt instructors that have IT. They get the music, the energy, the beat, the lights, and form. There have been some green instructors that I would have wished had more karma classes under their belt before they got their own schedule.
