The quality of the instuctors is excellent! The room is so cozy and warm. I always look forward to to my yoga classes at Core Power.
The community is great. The teachers are knowledgeable and the classes I have attended have all been great. Beyond that, I frequently leave the studio feeling uplifted by the energy in the room.

LOVE the ENERGY! Jayme is so positive. He jokes intermittently and has a great playlist. He pays attention to the students, providing actionable (and often individual) feedback, both corrective and encouraging. The hour goes by fast and it is fun!

The staff is amazing and I have long been a reliable and loyal member! The facility is a bit old and stinky though and could use some upgrading, especially compared to other yoga spaces in the area.

The instructor Solei Hall was excellent! The workout was very challenging and beneficial. The studio was clean and well equipped.
Hailey is the best! Super challenging class but she pushes you through it. I always feel so great after this class!
