I love Corepower!! There was a little too much spiritual stuff in the last class I took, but I wish the Southeast studio had a second studio so there were even more classes!!

Sandra is a solid teacher. Her class is consistently well balanced. I also appreciate that she keeps the temperature at an anticipated level between 95 - 99 degrees. In another instructor's class, the temperature has been around 104 and it has been too hot.

Jessica is an amazing leader of the CPY SE studio. She brings positive energy and love to everyone who walks thru the door.

She is also one of the best sculpt and yoga teachers I have ever taken.

I love this place so much...it makes me the happiest and best version of myself. Every teacher here is wonderful and a ray of light and joy. I wish I could spend every Saturday morning in this studio. It is home!
