I’m rarely in Portland and I purchased a point pass pre Covid. Finally with the mask mandate lifted, I attended a couple of the flow classes. It was so hard, but good. I really enjoyed the heat and the instructor. The music selection was also excellent. Definitely love this studio. For an outsider, I felt comfortable and welcome! Thank you! 🙏🙂

Studio carpet needs changing & walls cleansed in studio room other than that it’s great place to do yoga.

Very nice and clean studio, great class. Caitlin was awesome. My first ever hot yoga class (and first time doing yoga in over a year or two) but I didn’t feel pushed or uncomfortable a single time. Will very likely sign up for membership.
