Very welcoming community and accessible classes. It’s very rare to find a boutique fitness studio that offers so many classes a day. And because of that there is a variety of instructors and you just gravitate towards certain ones. The locker rooms could certainly use a redo.

Excellent variety of class types and times. Teachers have been very welcoming and helpful! Cleanliness is a bit hit or miss in the women’s restroom. I think they would benefit from some professional deep cleaning.
I like that there are lots of classes all day long and great instructors.

Favorite instructors, sense of community, heat, music, consistency and more intense practice than SE studio. Also positivity of staff.
I really liked the instructor's music playlist, it made the workout that more enjoyable! I also appreciated the volume of the music, I could still here the instructor's directions while enjoying the tunes.

Great classes! Excellent staff! I loved the variety of different options and levels of the positions the instructors and classes offered . I always felt refreshed the following day. It reminded me that I need yoga on a regular basis for my mental and physical health. Thank you!
