Started going to CP to move my body but have found so many other benefits like: my posture is better, I’ve become more self aware, I’m working out and having fun doing it, challenges are personal to your practice, stress reduction, self confidence has boosted, anxiety reduction, selfcare…. The list can go on!

The class was a great challenge. I have never done hot yoga before. Instructions were clear, and the class size was fine.
The teachers are dedicated, kind, and encouraging. I always leave with a sense of accomplishment. Mostly, how can you not feel anything but great?

I really enjoy CorePower and all of their classes! I get a great workout every time I go, and feel that all of the teachers whose classes I have taken have been motivating and encouraging. Prior to taking CorePower classes I had done very little yoga but I felt that the classes were easy to follow and make my own when modifications were needed. Overall I really enjoy my time in the CorePower studios.
