Really enjoyed this class! The staff and instructor were very welcoming, friendly and not intimidating. The class size was intimate and allowed personalized attention and adjustments that were helpful and felt! The class felt challenging as well as relaxing. Really enjoyed the overall experience!

Quality yoga instruction. Variety of classs including 90 minute hot series. Multiple locations and multiple class time options so I can almost make it to a class with my schedule. Retail promotions. Friendly and helpful staff! It's just THE BEST!
