I love the facility. I love the class options for beginnings. I loved the two instructors I have had - Dan McIntire and Courtney Randall. Everything about it is loveable! Including Acai bowls being less than a block away when finished! :-) I have recommended it to many people in the apartment building I manage in NW and intend to continue doing so.

Really enjoyed this class! The staff and instructor were very welcoming, friendly and not intimidating. The class size was intimate and allowed personalized attention and adjustments that were helpful and felt! The class felt challenging as well as relaxing. Really enjoyed the overall experience!
