I like that several of the instructors greet me by name and they are always friendly. Classes are excellent and new every time, I never get bored, and I always feel great afterwards. I especially like Alessandra, Kimmy, Skylor and Sandra, they are amazing!

Great classes but wish HPF or Hot Yoga class was available at 5:30 or later so people who work til 5pm could make those classes

I love the teachers
Heated rooms. Warm welcomes. Safe space. Soothing tunes. Challenging classes offering a variety in technique. Tampons, spray deodorant, hair ties and lotion in the locker room/bathroom. Convenient, free parking at the SE location. (The NW location doesn't have this perk). Jessica Starr is an incredible yoga instructor, along with others who have taught me physically & spiritually.
