Excellent workout
The staff is very kind and accomidating. I have forgotten money and they have let me pay them the next time. I have had a daughter who is left the class because she had an injury, and then they gave her a free future class. I feel like we're working with humans in this studio. Where some of the others, rules and regulations come before being human.
For me that makes it a more relaxing environment. The instructors are also amazing. I am a single mom who would buy an annual membership if I could afford it. I drive all the way from Salmon Creek, Vancouver, Washington to the location in Southeast because I know I will always have a good teacher and a warm welcome. Thank you!!!
Availability of classes
the session was challenging in a good way! It stretched my skills as a yogi. Ya'll are so so nice and welcoming too, I'd love to go back sometime soon!!

The classes are perfect. The teachers' enthusiasm is always so encouraging. the options of types of classes and times are fantastic.
sculpt yoga
I’m use to more intense cardio. I did not feel like I was missing that in the class. The strength and stretching moves were automatically intensified from the added heat. I loved it!!

I am STILL disappointed at the fact that most teachers do not give adjustments, even when they announce that they will and even when there have been as few as 3 people in a class. I love core power yoga and I have been going for over a decade, but this continues to be my main criticism. I share it every time I get a feedback form and the situation has not changed.

Your instructor was amazing and the facility was clean and organized. Natasha’s energy, music selection, and exercises for the Sculpt class were exceptional. I’d definitely recommend to a friend, I’ve actually done so already.
