The studio was clean and well appointed. I thought the staff was very friendly and the teachers (only went to two classes) seemed to know what they were doing and how to coach the class.
I like how dedicated the trainers are. I like that I can show up and people are polite, motivating, and friendly.
I like that several of the instructors greet me by name and they are always friendly. Classes are excellent and new every time, I never get bored, and I always feel great afterwards. I especially like Alessandra, Kimmy, Skylor and Sandra, they are amazing!

Ive only been to 2 classes, but i love the class sizes (small). I feel like i have room to move. The instructors are easy to hear and follow. They seem very knowledgeable and engaged with the students. I appreciate the individual attention as well. I feel like i am being challenged, but at the same time, i would feel comfortable going ar my own pace.
Environment is veey relaxed and clean.

I took a friend that has never taken yoga before and the C1 there was perfect. Great instruction, flow and structure. My friend loved yoga and can't wait to do it again. I personally liked the locker rooms and the studio. Just the space itself is very pretty

Great classes but wish HPF or Hot Yoga class was available at 5:30 or later so people who work til 5pm could make those classes

Challenging classes with well-orchestrated choreography. The teachers are incredibly dedicated to being teachers; always coming across as professional and well-prepared.
The community is supportive of each other and I've made some good friends.
I also love that there is a 6 am class everyday. Its amazing how few there are in the area. I recently moved to Vancouver, WA; about 15 miles from the nearest CPY. The distance cannot keep me from my 6 am at SE!!!
