Michelle B is my favorite instructor. I love how she focuses on strength and how she advocated for heavier weights. Her classes fill up fast and the heavy weights go quickly.

It’s a great experience. Recently there’s been many changes on the schedule giving priority to yoga sculpt. Not all of us practice sculpt. It feels we are being left behind.
I love the variety of instructors, but knowing I’ll get a full vose and mind workout and stretch from every class, no matter who’s teaching! I especially the love the energy of Jessica S. and Sam! Thank you!

The staff is amazing and I have long been a reliable and loyal member! The facility is a bit old and stinky though and could use some upgrading, especially compared to other yoga spaces in the area.

The Core Power website could be better. "Spin it to win it " is too prominent when one is trying to book a class.
My friend invited me to a yoga class on Saturday and wow it was a good one! I immediately fell in love with the energy this place had. Clearly, people return here and enjoy every second of the class where everyone works out and sweats together and supports each other. I'll come back again too!

ALL instructors are AWESOME and I love all the classes, and schedule are perfect, classes every hour and that's what I love about corepower studio is flexibility if I can't make it to early morning class there's another later class and the instructors are very knowledgeable, on-time and professional!!! LOVE, LOVE ALL ITHE NSTRUCTORS, ALL THE CLASSES IN COREPOWER STUDIO BRIGDEFORT VILLAGE LOCATION!!!!
