Amazing teachers at Bridgeport location!
I really enjoy heading to CorePower yoga to get both a workout or a more relaxing experience depending on the class type. Due to the nature of my job, my hours are not always set and so it’s nice to be able to attend classes both early in the morning and later in the evening.

Great classes! Excellent staff! I loved the variety of different options and levels of the positions the instructors and classes offered . I always felt refreshed the following day. It reminded me that I need yoga on a regular basis for my mental and physical health. Thank you!

Great clean space, more modern and in better shape than the NW location. Changing rooms were nicer and better equipped too.

This is a welcoming, spacious and convienent location to have the best yoga experience of your life. Inclusive teaching that encourages self-exploration, joy and engagement. They have a variety of class types and times, truly HOT yoga and everything you need to shower and get back to your regularly scheduled programing. MUST TRY.
