The community is the best and the teachers are amazing!
The best instructors!!! Amazing community 🙏♥️
Grateful for classes that challenge and uplift and for a safe and healing place to come. The variety of classes offered is amazing. Much gratitude for the studio manager, Michele, who took to heart my feedback earlier. She is wonderful.
I like the community that we are all in this together. That we are all stronger then we give are selves credit for and together we can give each other strength to push through the pain. The rebirth after a class that makes you feel renewed and at peace once you have overcome the challenge.
Love the crew at the Southeast studio!
The teachers are top notch , the studio is clean and welcoming . I absolutely love core power
I am trying to do a hot yoga at least once a week. I love it and my mind and body craving it. Although I am a fitness professional myself and exercise everyday, nothing helps me to unwind , tune my body and relax my mind as a hot yoga class.
Great teachers and community.
Pamela’s Swifty themed Yoga Sculpt was so much fun! It burned so good and the songs kept me motivated.
I love the challenging class and the instructor energy! It a great community.
Teacher is very excellent.
The teachers and studio are very nice!
Great yoga studio and enjoy the teacher.
I love the classes and the instructors they are very helpful and really help motivate students! When I first started core power yoga I was having trouble following the class but I was able to get encouragement and support from my instructor with my posture and not risk getting injured while using weights. I have seen a difference in myself not only mentally but physically and I always look forward to coming into class!
Great teachers. Beautiful studio.
Great experience! The locker rooms were amazing and such a great change from the Marina location in SF!
Class intensity
Good instructor. Nice vibe.
Thanks for great experience
Michelle B’s classes are always a treat! Love her!
Great experience and love the instructor Sam. She had a creative and challenging flow. Only wish the class was hotter. Felt like a C1 temp and not a C2 class.
Hayley and Rachel are awesome. Love the studio!
Love every single moment at Core Power, especially classes led by Jamie, Sandra, Bianca, Jessica, and Samuel D. It is truly my happy place.
Here is a concern that I have: there are rules posted disallowing cell phones from coming into the studio. Unfortunately, several people clearly disregard this policy, and bring their phone into the studio with them.... I completely understand that this may be necessary in certain contexts -- parents with a kiddo who may be unwell, or who may be paged/called for urgent work matters -- however if that is the case, then you should probably position yourself in the back of the studio, and have your phone out of sight of other class attendees -- I myself have asked permission from teachers for this in the past.
But there are several times I have been in the studio before class and people will be actively using their phones or e-readers -- just scrolling social media, reading emails, bright screens aglow and all -- I find it baffling and upsetting and VERY distracting.
I have thought to say something to my fellow yogis in those moments -- "hey put that thing away!" -- but have lost the nerve, not wanting to upset them or disrupt the calm.
I would really appreciate teachers providing some reminders about this policy at the beginning of classes to held re-set the culture around phone use in the studio and to allow us to hold one another accountable.
Thanks for reading that diatribe :)

This was my first yoga class ever so I was super scared to see how it would go with only having a dance background. I was super nervous that I would embarrass myself, fall over, or any of the things you see in the movies. While I will say this class (hot yoga) was not easy I found myself to be comfortable with doing what I was and was not capable of. I definitely broke a sweat like never before and walked out of the studio feeling so good about myself. The next morning my legs definitely were not happy with me, but my mind and mental health was :)
