I am loyal to a handful of your teachers - they are terrific. Since I have the opportunity to comment, I want to note that the showers in the women's locker room could use a deep clean. There is mold/mildew/similar looking substance building up, especially around the track and the doors.

I love my teachers,
I love dedicating each practice for intentions for healing of loved ones - so I feel spiritally connected.

The instructor Gabe was fantastic! He had the right amount of energy to keep us moving but didn’t talk too much where it was distracting. Will definitely be coming back for another Sculpt class with him!
