The instructors create a wonderfully welcoming and inspiring environment at this Corepower location. Not all are like this. From the moment you step in the front desk attendants/instructors have a smile and make eye contact with you to connect and welcome you to the space and the class. Another thing I like about the instructors is their in depth knowledge of yoga on and off the mat, it’s not jusf exercise in their classes, its mind-body-spirit. Most instructors are able to teach a class that is accessible and challenging to all levels, and I develop more strength and agility with these instructors than at any other studio, Corepower and non-Corepower. I’ve been coming to this studio for 11 years.
