I like the workouts because they are challenging and the teachers are very good at leading the classes. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!

My first class was on Friday, Kate was the instructor. She was wonderful and very welcoming. Saturday I attended my second class with Jen. She gave me more details of the studio, helped me during class and assisted with my account. I am very happy to have found this studio!

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

David’s class was so great! His cues were sharp and direct which I like. The music was Stellar and his sequence was a nice combo of challenging and relaxing! I wanted to hug him and thank him for that class. It was exactly what I needed and can’t wait to come back and take another one of his classes soon!

I love Core Power. Everything Studio is clean and always ready for class. I appreciate the black tape removed from the floor in the Studio I practiced in. Keep up the good work.

Great instructors, Flow builds throughout the class. Cues are great and help you get the fullest benefit from the practice. Facilities are nice and it's a great location to grab coffee/lunch afterwards too.
