CorePower on Grand Avenue is excellent! The site is welcoming and the studio is adorably tucked up on the second level. Nora is a lovely teacher....instructs with wisdom and whimsy. I keep coming back for the solid instruction and community.

Great first time experience with Core Power. The instructor was upbeat. I wish there was more of a tutorial in the beginning but I came with family members who gave me some tips and tricks. Overall, great experience and would do it again if I am in the area.

The yoga community is beautiful and my motivating force when I need spiritual inspiration! The teachers are brilliant as they serve every member individually! I could not feel more honored and privileged to be a member for the past decade and beyond. You all have lifted me up as the pandemic and life’s challenges have lessened a bit. I like that I am able to focus on strength, balance, and health and not be blasted with messages about my body needing to be changed. I am trying to find ways to work with my body and finding its limits and capabilities, instead of being at war with it for not fitting a certain mold, and I appreciate being in classes where this is a given.

It’s great to be back at my favorite yoga studio. Jen and the gang are amazing. The mix of familiar and new teachers is great. I take a class almost every day and it has been the best part of my day for many weeks now. Thanks!
