Good class times and great workouts

Tim was a great instructor and the class was great. He introduced some new moves in class that I hadn't tried before and they helped to stretch my body out which is what I really needed. I also want to give kudos to the staff that was very welcoming to my two friends that tried Core Power for the first time.

Amazing instructors and the music is always fun to workout too. It’s always a plus that the locker room is so clean and well maintained by the staff.....it’s probably not important to most people who go there but to me it’s super important. I don’t just go there to workout but also to unwind a bit from my day....so it helps when everything looks clean and not like hot mess lol.

Consistency

Great classes, friendly staff and clean studio.

I love core power! I do have a couple of suggestions though. A couple of things I don't love is when the classes are SO full. I feel like maximum capacity should be less. When it's hard to lift legs from Downward D without kicking someone or stretch arms out it's really difficult to enjoy the class. Additionally, I don't love all of the class cancellations for Teacher training. Sometimes it's my only time to go and when I miss out it's super frustrating. I do love the classes though! I heart core power.

I love this studio...only negative is the locker rooms area bit grimy. Admittedly it’s mainly because of fellow yogis thinking it’s their own bathroom.

Love the studio and the staff. The parking is a problem but otherwise its a great experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the facilities are very well kept!

Would it be possible to provide ear plugs in the studio? There's an instructor that yells very, very loudly in the 6am class and at that time of day it's really difficult to get through the class with yelling like that. I've gotten stress headaches multiple times from it and unfortunately that is the only time in the day I can go to classes. Thanks!
