What do you like about our products and services?

I always know I will have a great instructor, warm yoga studio, and inspiring “quotes” or peaceful sayings from my instructor. I can depend on CPY for a relaxing and enjoyable class. I love that classes are fully guided and I don’t have to try to memorize and repeat sequences on my own. It’s a positive, welcoming atmosphere for me where I’m allowed to listen to my body and do what is best for me.

Colin, Grace Amelia, Gina, Katlyn, Zhauna, Erin and Greg!!!!!! The instructors are not only amazing at what they do, but they are some of the most incredibly impactful individuals I have ever met. I feel an instant wave of positive energy and ease every time I walk in the door. I love this place. So much :)

Instructors do a great job. I've only done Yoga twice and I picked up on it pretty quickly. Room is hot AF, there is no sweat left to give.
