Instructors are excellent. I love the hot yoga experience but maybe a little less now that masks are required during practice. The masks are hot and distracting.

I love the hot yoga classes and really appreciate the late class on some weeknights. Please consider adding more hot classes especially outside of work hours (9-5) at more studios. Thank you!

Excellent classes and instructors. Somewhat small locker room, but plenty of showers and all the amenities you need to get ready after a class.
Fantastic atmosphere and a great instructor for my second ever hot yoga class. Never felt lost in the flows.

Felt very welcomed, with a warm greeting at reception, including from the instructor. Throughout class, the teacher provided helpful alignment tips, and customized assistance for individual participants. Thoughtful experience! Well done.

Everyone is always welcoming, friendly and professional. It’s a smooth process to get checked in, the locker rooms are clean and functional and the rooms are clean and well marked to get everyone setup quickly and safely. I’ll be here every Saturday morning!!
