You all are authentic - and friendly. One suggestion: dont mention/ask the yogis if the heat's too high. Its supposed to be- and if its not people dont know until the instructor asks and then there is no good way to get consensus... So dont ask! We're there in part because of the heat! So keep it hot hot hot! :)

Great classes, the hour feels short, and I pushed myself way more than I have before.

Everyone is really nice and helpful! When I go to corepower I always feel like I'm in a judgement-free zone, and I've been able to make tons of progress without feeling self-conscious practicing alongside more experienced yogis.

I'm hooked on CP2 now and enjoy Sculpt as well.

The instructors are great at explaining variations/progressions of poses. I enjoy that Becky's classes go with a story or theme. It brings a fun twist to the class. The Glover Park studio is only 2 miles from my office so it's a great way to start my work day.

You should take into account though that some may not be native american speakers, so teachers need a microphone so that their voice is heard on top of the music
ALso, the male bathroom has one shower broken since more than a week, and this is the handicapped shower! Meaning, they cannot choose to use another one...

I love the variety of classes and instructors. It ensures that even if I am only available at a certain time every day one week, I won't get the same workout and I will challenge myself in new and exciting ways.
