The studios are large and the instructors are very hands on and friendly

I love that your classes appeal to everyone, from those new to yoga, to experienced yogis. The classes are always challenging, but the instructor always talks the class through it so new participants know what they are doing and everyone can make adjustments. I just always feel comofrtable and challenged and I really appreciate that :)

Clean locker room and studio - great retail boutique. The teachers were helpful but not pushy. Intake at the front desk was quick. Class times are convenient and plentiful.
