Arthur was amazing! He welcomed me with such enthusiasm I felt like I had already been to Glover! I will definitely add that it to my search for classes! His class was also incredible and just what I needed to complete my day!
This studio is clean though I decided to take a hint from Avery and wear socks. I leave my purse and mobile phone at home. The reason why I stopped going to the studio at Pentagon City is because the same cobwebs were on the floor in every class. This told me that no one was cleaning the floor. In the gym inside my apartment building, the floor is cleaned regularly. Since most people are walking on the floor with bare feet, the risk of picking up a fungus infection is very real. So, Avery is being smart by just wearing socks that she can throw in the wash with hot water and bleach to sanitize them. I am sure foot fungus is not very high on her to do list. Just so you know, Orange Theory down the street has roaches on the floor and many exercises are performed on the floor there. So, the best suggestion is keep the floor clean and sanitary.

great workout, mostly terrific instructors. I do wish each studio would put a cap on the number of students as sometimes it is just TOO CROWDED in there. Also, last minute class cancellations continue to be a problem.
Love core power . Been doing it over a yr and have done over 300 classes and recommended it to many. My ALL TIME favorite at Glover Park and a huge reason why I love it is Alex C . She is high energy, extremely professional , very work focused and mixes up the moves to keep me on my toes, but also very mature, kind, funny and real which is amazing for one so young ! She has made a tough year easier and I look forward to her classes and am still always challenged by them . Can’t say enough amazing things . Other great instructors make it wonderful too - Kennedy , Isabel ( will miss her ) Alec ..
This was genuinely the best CorePower class I have taken, both as a class and as a CSX - Glute and Core. Alexandra C was awesome! She got me hype, had a great playlist, and her workouts really had my glutes and core burning.

I took Carly’s yoga sculpt class and it was genuinely the best CorePower class I have ever taken! Her energy is absolutely amazing! She made the class fun and exciting even during the hard moments when I thought I couldn’t finish!

Everything! The instructors are very nice and bring amazing energy. Corepower Yoga feels like an actual workout, and switching up the movements so frequently doesn’t make the workout feel as exhausting when doing it, yet it is still a high intensity workout which I love!
