Great and instructors always wonderful. I like CSX and wish there were more offerings @Glover Park. Important not to have the room too hot for CSX.

I love the yoga sculpt with Alex, Alec, Isabel, Kennedy, Lindsay and Lillie. I’m sure I’m missing so many others ! So many amazing instructors all with different class styles and workouts but all very challenging, fun, and well thought out with fabulous music too. It is a beautiful, uplifting community that has been integral to my physical and mental well being this past year - couldn’t be more thankful for it, especially at this point in my life . Can’t imagine not doing core power - hooked !

I often go to Lindsey De's class on Mondays at 6:45p and I like her a lot as an instructor. She is loud and very good at explaining the movements.

Have had several 6 am class cancellations in last 2 months- I get there and nobody shows up even though your app says class is on.

Alec was fantastic. Challenging sequences, great playlist, and loved his enthusiasm. Changing room (women) in studio need a little upgrade.

I was hesitant to participate given the heated environment. But now I'm eager to join! The teachers were excellent, the music was great, and I feel stronger after one trial week. I enjoyed the classes with my teen aged daughters during winter break, and they too enjoyed the workouts. Great fit for all.

Love the classes which are such superb, varied workouts and have really helped me gain muscle mass. Basically been transformative for me. Love the great music, love the instructors ( Alex, Alec, Isabel.. too many to name). Love the kindness all around the studio and the overall vibe . Been a highlight of my year.

Nice facilities, good instructor

I liked CSX, but would like to start off with more of a yoga-focused flow to stretch out a bit before diving right into strength. Just a basic C2 flow to start off the first 5-10 minutes would be perfect!
