Two exceptional classes today by Ariel and Meredith. Especially impressed with Ariel as she has taught only a few months ( I’ve been a fitness/yoga teacher 35 years)

Very clean and organized studio. Everyone very friendly too. It’s spacey and I love that there are side mirrors as well.

Only missing thing is mat spray for students. Other studios have one but it’s missing at Glover Park’s for a long time even though I’ve asked them before. “Water for mats” bottle doesn’t do anything so that’d be nice if you have mat spray too!

From the moment I walked into the studio, the staff was very welcoming and upbeat. The C2 class I took was fantastic and it included many variations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the studio.

Talented instructors. Challenging yet rewarding classes

The instructors are very engaged with the clients
and will both modify and offer challenging moves based on what they observe.

I would really like to see an 830am C2 class offered.

Everyone at the studio is extremely welcoming, the studio is clean and calm, and the C1 classes I've taken are really peaceful.

The teachers are amazing and Stephanie is a great studio manager!

I liked that I wasn't too familiar with yoga practice or poses and the instructor, Jillian, was extremely good at explaining everything to me without making me feel embarrassed about not being as familiar with yoga as the other participants!

I would enjoy the sculpt session, being more upbeat than others, to include latin music such as reggaeton! It would make me so happy to be able to dance to popular songs.

Very energetic

It's a great space, very welcoming and relaxing environment. Instructor was great as was the flow of the class, and I was introduced to a new pose which is awesome.

The instructors are terrific - knowledgable and super-welcoming. They are also *always* great about making time to talk/help after a class. A great atmosphere.

I have found the instructors to be consistent in their teaching ability so I always feel like it was a good class. I like the heated room as well. No too hot but warm enough to get and say loose.

Was visiting the area for a few days and walked into CorePower Yoga Glover Park where I was greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. The Yoga Sculpt class was an invigorating blend of flow yoga, cardio and light weight workout. The instructors were upbeat and instructive without being intrusive, allowing each participant to make the workout their own. I loved it! Wish there was a CorePower Yoga in my town!

Today I went to a Corepower C2 class in Glover Park, DC. My instructor was Rebecca. She did an amazing job. Not to sound rude, but there was a man in the class who clearly shouldn't have been in the class. While I rather not label him, as I do not know his situation, I found him to be extremely distracting to the class. As well as inappropriate. During the class he blurted out, "Why haven't you corrected my position?" Clearly asking for the instructor to touch him. He also stared at females, in what seemed to be in an inappropriate way. In all, it was uncomfortable and many times I was worried about my safety. I'd hope that the Corepower organization would in the future draw the line and not allow this man to be in the class. It by no means is Rebecca's fault. She handled the situation gracefully.

In the world we live in today, you never know what people are capable of, So I thought it was best to bring light to this situation. Thank you.

Great time...the folks at Core Power has given me an new way to enhance mine workouts. I will be back.
