Classes are good overall. In some instances more guidance , esp for yoga sculpt and strength x, on which weights to use when. Not always consistent amongst all the instructors

Of the more than 1500 classes I have taken at Corepoweryoga in the past few years, this one was the best!!! It was clear that the instructor (Sophia T.) carefully planned a class that was well-balanced, challenging and fun! Her playlist was impeccable and very diverse. The class was full of students of various ages and fitness levels, all of whom were raving about the class and the instructor! Because the instructor provided multiple options throughout the class, carefully monitored students and effectively modeled all poses and exercises, all students were able to optimize and personalize their experience. I have never experienced an instructor who exudes more energy and inspires like Sophia T.!!!

This is definitely my favorite studio in the area. All of the instructors are friendly, the studio itself is really nice, and the classrooms are spacious. The only thing that I think needs improving are the condition of the weights used in Sculpt and CSX. Most of the 3lb and 5lb weights are peeling (therefore rusting underneath) which seems like a health hazard and makes me hesitant to take those classes. With how often they're used, replacing the old ones seem worth it!
Staff are friendly and facilities clean. Great group of women who go!

I thought that the instructor was very clear in her directions and we had a great vibe overall. Loved the sound bath meditation!!!!! I had not registered properly for the event and the instructor was kind about it and I did get in eventually. I felt understood and not cast aside!

Like being able to go to any local CPY studio. Also love the high energy of the YS classes and calming energy of C2 classes.
I love all the instructors that I’ve gotten the chance to practice with at this studio. Helena-Hyun Ah L especially—she takes the time to help us focus on our form and puts so much into each class. Her classes are a must take every week. Megan Me’s yoga sculpt classes are also amazing. She keeps the class challenging but also fun and energizing. She’s a very motivating yoga teacher, which makes me return to her classes week after week.
