I love the environment, it's both nurturing and educational.

The wide variety of classes and times that fit my schedule.

The free classes - it gives everyone an opportunity to practice even if they can't afford it. The studio itself is very nice. I like how instructors make sure everyone has a space to practice by politely asking people to move up or over. The music is always great! The focus on on strength is awesome and the heat in the room that makes you sweat - I always feel totally refreshed after a corepower class.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 weeks ago. I have decided to start yoga to allow myself the best chances of survival. I can't tell you how good I felt during the class.. I wept during the entire hour. Thank you for our amazing staff and dedication. Hugs and love to all of you.

Your instructors are a delight. I don't know how, but they seem to always know when someone needs a gentle touch to realign. Realign their pose, but more than that, realign how I think and feel on my mat. very grateful.

I like the consistency of your classes, especially in Yoga 1 class, it makes it easy to learn. Also, the instructions are clear and I always feel very safe doing postures with you. I have a bad back and often get hurt doing yoga, I never get hurt in your classes and feel I am able to pace myself well. I also love how active your classes are. I always get a great wok out. Your instructors also seem sweet.

I love the option of being able to attend classes early in the morning before I go to work.
