Instructors and rooms are excellent
The focus on getting a good workout and the variety of classes available. There is a plethora of instructors that provide versatility and novelty within the classes. There is opportunity to explore the spiritual realm of yoga, but also to partake simply for athletic reasons as well.
Friendly staff and welcoming yoga community
I don't feel judged. I think this was the first time I actually felt welcomed into the yoga community. I took a level 2 class and it was completely different than the level 2 classes in LA. I loved everything about it!

Core Power takes the guidance of individuals through their practice very seriously. They are able to verbalize what your body should be doing in a way that is hard to compete with. I have never felt more connected with my practice till core power. It is a place where you can make it a home; the beauty of CorePower, the staff, and the practicing yogis is one I cannot describe.
