Robert was an excellent instructor with emphasizing technique, but he kept using the word "change" when shifting to sides/poses... this felt abrupt and threw off the meditative flow of a hot yoga class.
Nice facility and I great condition (warm, clean,etc.)
Our Instuctor was great getting us checked in and telling us about the class. Her teaching was great. We hat a perfect way to start the New Year!

Shannon is amazing! Going to Core Power regularly has been a huge part of my recovery and keeps me sober. It's a little out of my budget but it's worth every penny.
Contact the individual stores is impossible and the main line hangs up on you every other time you call it.
I love the heated (in particular the Hot Yoga) classes. I just recently signed up to have access to the Live and On Demand classes and love that I can take any class any time from any where!

I like many of the yoga instructors, including the recent one, Scott O. The classes are challenging but also very calming and relaxing. I always feel great after the workouts.

I love that there are no stong chemical or cleaning smells or essential oils used in the studio. I am very sensitive to fragrances and appreciate that i can have my practice in an environmentally safe place. I also love that the teachers have been around for a long time and have a great deal of experience.
