I am fairly new to yoga. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The classes I have attended have been well directed and challenging, but with room for individual differences in fitness level.

Always very professional and well-run, clean. I would go a lot more, but its just become cost prohibitive. There are too many other options available for yoga now, so I don't go as often to CPY. I have literally spent thousands there. Long term members should get a special deal.

The employees are friendly and helpful. As a beginner I felt that the class had a good atmosphere and I didn't feel completely lost/out of place.

CPY has a lot of classes to choose from each day and the studio & restrooms are always clean and well- maintained.
