So holistic & medicinal - I'm a hunter/jumper and i recently fell off my horse - I bounced and recovered quickly my body was in such strong shape! My core strength has improved 200%! Thank you!

Instructors are great!
I prefer the Nevada studio to that at Garden of the Gods. I find the staff is more friendly and the studio to be in better condition. I had a fabulous yogi for my class and look forward to returning in the near future to improve my practice. Namaste.
I love the ambiance created by CP and the instructors. It is the experience I expect from a quality yoga studio!!

Wide range of products, caters to both male and females. Studios are very clean and the lobby area at the CPY Nevada location has a very comfy feel to it - seems as if my yoga practice actually began the moment I walked thru the doors.
I like the consistantcy of the classes and my experience as well as the welcoming nature of the instructors.
I love the variety of classes! I try yo mix it up by doing C2, Hot, HPF & Yoga Sculpt. Nice to have options that focus on mixing it up on using different muscles. I have done the Boot Camp & Yogi training both & will likelt do them again in the future. Products to buy? LOL-indeed I like what's offered there. ONLY suggestion please! ADD more HPF classes, maybe one in evening or MORE at GOG during the weekday! I try desperately to get to the 4 PM at Nevada but cannot always get off on time.
