This was an excellent class taught by First name removed!! This is the first time I have tried yoga here and in a headed room! I was nervous, but it was awesome!!

The community, solid teaching, accessible scheduling and clean space. While we have seen a lot of our teachers transition from Core Power recently, it has been good to see new teachers finding their foundation and confidence; I'm eager to continue to grow with them.

I'm hoping more evening classes, more C2's and more Core Restore options return soon!

Love going to these classes! I tried Nevada location for the first time. The commute is longer from where I live, but the times match up. I wish that the class times would vary throughout the week to match my schedule instead of doing the same exact classes at the exact same time every day.

I enjoy how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable they are. The class is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier to get back into yoga after 2 years of being stagnant. Thank you for being a warm friendly place. ♥️🧘‍♀️🪷

I have not met an instructor I did t like. The instructors are great. I enjoy the Nevada studio more it feels more grounding and spiritual than the garden of the gods studio being in a strip mall.

It was a pleasure to meet the staff. I had not been to a yoga class since Covid. Doing yoga at home with yourself is not the same. Colin was amazing. He gave options for modifying each pose. He was warm, funny and caring. I will attend another class next time I come to town. Thank you and Namaste.
