I especially love how many classes are available on the schedule. It makes it easy to find one that works with a hectic schedule.
One additional thing I would love to participate in is a series of classes that focus on inversions.

I went to CorePower about 13 years ago and while I loved the workout, it was not a very inclusive and welcoming experience. Now, I love it. Everyone is positive, friendly and the workouts are amazing!

The studio is nice, and the instructors are amazing. They have great retail, which is a nice bonus. The only reason I didn't give it a 10, was because of the parking location, GPS couldn't find behind the studio, so I got lost.

Susanna, Erica, Colin and Paul are all *wonderful* teachers. I've lost a lot of weight and gained a corresponding amount of confidence thanks to these people. Their routines are challenging, there are always things I can't do, but they don't make me feel incompetent. It gives me something to work towards

Nevada is my home yoga studio and I have been practicing regularly for years. Yoga and the yoga community is an important part of my life. Compassionate, kind, and knowledge teachers. It is not a routine, it seems to be a calling. I feel cared for, looked after and valued. It is a special place.
Sarra was awesome in welcoming me back into the studio- she gave me tons of helpful information and lead an awesome class. She made me feel very welcome.
