Silvita is great. The floors need to be cleaned more often. I came to the Monday class this week and the floors were pretty gross. Made me not want to walk barefoot.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The studio was a bit warm but I enjoyed my practice with my daughter and Natalie.
The studios are nice, new and clean. The instructors really seem to know their stuff and enjoy teaching. The variety of classes is nice - from hot to really hot, you can determine exactly how much you want to sweat it out.

I really like the instructors. Mostly I like the variation in routine for my C2 practice. Everytime I come I learn a new pose or a variation of a pose. Roscoe Village studio is fantastic. I'm glad I ventured there.
Hannah was an EXCELLENT sculpt teacher. Perfect balance of push and relief between each exercise.
There was a VERY horrible, musty smell in the downstairs studio. I understand that can happen there. Just thought I would mention.
I thought the facility was extremely nice and I thought the class was challenging and engaging.
I like the friendly staff. They showed how to modify the poses for beginners and in general they were good teachers. I liked the candlelight class quite a bit. It was very relaxing.
