i love that CPY has tons of studios and tons of class times. It makes it easy to get to a class even if you're in a different location.

Friendly and non-intimidating environment

Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The studio was a bit warm but I enjoyed my practice with my daughter and Natalie.

The studios are nice, new and clean. The instructors really seem to know their stuff and enjoy teaching. The variety of classes is nice - from hot to really hot, you can determine exactly how much you want to sweat it out.

I really like the instructors. Mostly I like the variation in routine for my C2 practice. Everytime I come I learn a new pose or a variation of a pose. Roscoe Village studio is fantastic. I'm glad I ventured there.

Hannah was an EXCELLENT sculpt teacher. Perfect balance of push and relief between each exercise.

There was a VERY horrible, musty smell in the downstairs studio. I understand that can happen there. Just thought I would mention.
