1) Great schedules - flexible so I can usually make it after work no matter how late I get out.
2) Clean facilities - the bathrooms and showers are super nice.
3) Lots of lockers - much safer than other CPY locations!
4) Friendly, good teachers.

I really like the atmosphere and the wide range of classes. Also, there are so many different options for times and styles, that I always feel like there's an option for me.

The teachers are experienced knowledgable and kind. I love the variety of yoga clothing. I always feel better walking out after a great session.

I love the challenge and full body workout from sculpt. I also love the instructors. I look forward to the days I am at core power each week.

HPF with Natalie. It be great to have more 6 or 7 am HPF classes and free towel service in the shower area. I live pretty close but for what you charge per class you should at least provide towel service. $1 isn't a lot but for $23 a class it be nice to have that .

I like the core restore services. I would like to see a yoga Pilates class or one of the other yoga studios offers lavender towels after HPV

I appreciate they offer teacher training and advance inversion classes.

Lindsay is amazing. Locker room was clean and everyone was friendly!

Good staff & close by my place.

I feel empowered after I take a class here. Especially because it's full of strong, healthy women that motivate me to make it through the entire class. The instructors here are the biggest influence of all. They help provide unity in the class.
