Friendly staff create a warm environment for learning and practice.
I like the availability of the classes, multiple in one day. I like the rigor and challenge of the classes and when I leave I feel I have had a good workout. I also really like that some days you just don't feel up to it and I always feel supported to do my best for that day, whatever that might be.

Classes are great. Instructors are amazing - especially Elissa in Roscoe Village. It was her first sculpt class and it was like she'd been teaching for years!

Roscoe Village CPY has some of the most experienced and passionate teachers I have met. Their classes are very creative, well thought out and inspirational. It is so unfortunate that I no longer live in the area so I am not able to visit this studio as regularly as I used to.. I built my practice here; the instructors here are just so kind, light hearted and welcoming no matter how bad a day I am having. They emanate so much joy in their work. I am so grateful for their work. I always share about Roscoe Village studio to my classmates!

The location is very strategic, being by the Ashland bus stop and the Paulina brown line. It was clean and all the staff up front were very friendly. My friend brought me in and I started the free trial. I got my b*tt kicked in the sculpt yoga class but I felt wonderful and refreshed afterwards.
