Here's the truth - I hated yoga until Core Power. I realized that yoga can make me feel better inside and out. With the right class and instructor, I get a good workout while giving my body a break from the high-impact workouts I usually do. The atmosphere is calming, the instructors are passionate, and the results are undeniable. I also really appreciate how the staff has worked with me to find a class package I can afford. I'm hoping to make the C2 class a part of my weekend routine - I think the time to stretch and unwind is exactly what I need in 2018!

Multiple studios allow for a robust schedule. Great instructors. Large locker room can still get crowded but is manageable.
The classes are great! What is not great is the new schedule. The teachers complain about it - they don't want to teach a class of 15 people. They want a great group of 30+ people. Makes the energy that much better. No one likes C2 - do 1/2 of those classes and bring back HPF immediately. The merchandise is totally overpriced - the same clothes online are 40% cheaper. The majority of the teachers are incredible!

CPY is always a great workout with quality, inspiring teachers. Whether you are taking a C2 or Sculpt, you are increasing flexibility, sweating and building strengths, It is a great community; everyone is encouraging and wants to motivate you to succeed.

Our C2 class was great.
Our teacher introduced a new fun way to flow through Sun 2 and introduced a challenge in the class that was hard but achievable.
It was very enjoyable all around!
