I started just before Christmas and I believe I’m averaging around 5 days per week and it’s been life changing. I had a difficult few years personally and finally this year I said “ENOUGH!” and Core Power has been one of the most (if not THE most) important parts of my transformation. I’m totally addicted and feel calmer, stronger, more grounded and the happiest I’ve felt in a while. Thank you so much to the Roscoe team. Especially Carla Jian and Lindsey C (who is such a badass teaching while 5 months pregnant!! She rocks) 🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️ Also, I loved the 75 minute combo class this past Saturday. Please offer more of those!!!

As a longtime fan of CorePower across the country, Roscoe Village is one of my favorite studios. The instructors are reliably great and the space is always clean and welcoming.

All of my instructors have been hands on and helpful. The classes have been consistently challenging and helpful when evolving my practice. Corepower is now like a second home to me.
Facility was very clean. Staff is always friendly. Annie taught an amazing sculpt class on Sunday at 12 pm!! I really feel like I got a full body workout. Always pleased when I go to the roscoe village location.
