I tried my first hot yoga class and LOVED it! I still feel the benefits three days later! I wish there were evening hot yoga options.

Becky is the best! She has such a unique style of teaching that incorporates new and different transitions, and always pushes to try more advanced moves. I am never disappointed leaving the studio. I am very sad the 75 minute classes are over! They were my favorite.

As a claustrophobic and heat sensitive person I had never wanted to try a hot yoga class until a friend of mine asked me to come with her.

I was doubtful but agreed to get the free week to go with her.

As soon as I walked into the room for Hot Power Fusion I could tell it hadn’t been a good idea... but If there’s anything that yoga has taught me throughout the years is that I have the power to control my mind, so I did.
I decided I would enjoy the class since I was already there and it worked like magic.
I completely shifted my perception about it and had one of the most wonderful flows I’ve ever done... the heat even added a special something to it that I really ended up enjoying.

I’m in love with the challenging classes as well as with the beautiful staff.

Looking forward to go on with my practice at core power yoga and also considering to get certified with you guys!

Everyone is so happy to help and very welcoming. You can tell everyone enjoys working at the studio and the environment is very calm.

A lot of classes....from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.

As a new yogi, the instructors have been awesome! I have never felt like I did not belong in the class, even when it was too tough. The instructors are great at giving alternative flows and positions if need be. The facilities are also super clean and nice!

I loved the C1 Class I took with Theodora Kuhn on Sunday. My husband took his 1st yoga class ever and can't wait until his next. The class was clear and easy to follow for a first time learner.

Can't say enough good things!!!!

They way you feel afterwards. The clothes are comfy. However, I invited a friend and she has never been to CP and no one explained where she places her shoes or where the class was. Front desk needs a little training for directing new people because it's the first impression.

Loved sculpt with Lindsay on Sat morning. I love the early hour and the great start to the weekend.

This studio is hands down the BEST in Chicago! The teachers are top of the line, the schedule works. DO NOT CHANGE it! Please, please, please don't take away the HPF's, I really really don't like C1 or C2. Every class I go to is highly attended so I'm really confused why the change? Also, moving the most popular 6pm sculpt to 6:15pm is also so inconvenient. Does corporate think we want to get home to our family even later? My preference would be a 5:30 sculpt but that doesn't exist. Why wouldn't corporate send the RV, Core Power members a survey to fill out on our preference? I can't say enough great things about Lauren A., Erin O., Leah, Natalie, Kayleigh, Elena, Elyse, Hargrove, Catrina, etc. The list is even too long to name. If you take away their classed, do they not teach? I cannot go to Uptown for a 6am HPF class, just wont happen. I will be forced to take the C2 and I really don't like it.

I have only done yoga once before so I have no idea what to do/the right techniques to each pose are but it didn't matter. Both instructors I had came around and showed me/worked with me and always encouraged me. I feel so relaxed and filled with positivity when I leave that it makes a huge difference in my day. I love corepower and will sign up when my week is over and highly recommend it to orther peopld!
