My balance, flexibility, and focus all improve--and have improved--because CorePower provides such with easy locations all throughout my business area in Chicago...which makes it convenient in addition thereto.

I live by the Lakeview location, so I frequent that one more, but I absolutely love going to the Roscoe location. It is so clean and the staff is incredibly friendly!

I love the Thursday 4:30 sculpt class with Annie F. She is a beast, pushes you, encourages you and knows what her students need to get the workout they all came for. If you ever need a sculpt class this is the one!

Great Yoga classes! The instructors are great, there are lots of class options.
I like how friendly and welcoming the staff was. This was my first time taking an sort of yoga class, so I was nervous, but Lauren was a fantastic teacher. She made sure I felt comfortable and helped assist me as needed.
