It was one of the best and most intense workouts I've tried. Blew my regular Pilates and soul cycle away. It was a bit intimidating in the beginning of class but ended up fun and I really felt I got the best work out.

Amy's sculpt class is amazing.

It was a pleasure to see JJ over in Newton. The 12p class is held in studio 1, but that room is very large and the heat doesnt stay. Maybe studio 2 would be more appropriate for the size of class during the week.

I love the friendly staff, everyone is so helpful and passionate about sharing their yoga! The studio is always immaculate, and I like the variety of classes. I can bring my friends who have never tried yoga to a beginners class, and take more challenging classes on my own. Candlight yoga has become a part of my day I look forward to. The staff is also very receptive to comments and questions and I love that!

Very best Yoga class I have experienced since starting yoga last summer in Dallas, I've do done everything from BIKRAM to some vinyasa style power yoga, this class has nice flow, did not feel rushed but was challenged.
