Thank you for the great class. After a 3 year absence from yoga and some low back issues that were creeping into my athletic pursuits, I decided it was time to return to the mat. The staff was very welcoming and encouraging. The pace of the class was challenging in a great way. Lisa was very helpful and encouraging.
