Studio is always very clean, staff is very friendly. I really enjoy the sculpt class, I feel like I get a great workout!
The class was very good and the women at the front desk were warm and friendly. The room was clean but the men's locker room was not. A locker door was broken and men's clothes were littered about. This was strange given that I could not see any men taking classes. I hope it will be cleaner during future visits. This was my first so not a great initial impression in that specific regard.

I am interested in some HITT type training classes, also some other variety with high energy work out.
Favorite class is Sunday morning sculpt with Russ. He is a great teacher - he works out harder than anyone in the room which inspires me to crank it up!
